Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping methods. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or in the event of inventory issues.

Order Fulfillment
All online orders are fulfilled using inventory from our physical store locations. While we do our best to keep stock updated in real-time, there may be rare cases where an item sells in-store before we’re able to confirm and pull it for your order. If that happens, we’ll issue a full refund and let you know right away. We appreciate your understanding!

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—so keep an eye out ;)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow it straight to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. That said, if something weird happens, shoot us an email and we’ll do what we can to help: hello@ilovelucca.com
