Online Return Policy
All returns must be initiated via our return portal within 14 days after being postmarked as delivered to the customer. Once we receive your return, our team thoroughly inspects them. This process can take up to 3-5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the same email address provided at checkout, indicating that a refund has been issued.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing times that can vary for different financial organizations.
- Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in original condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Items that are not met with these conditions will be subject to refusal of return.
- If for whatever reason you are unable to complete your return within the 14 day time stamp, you have 30 days to return and receive store credit.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping cost/fees are non-refundable.
In store Return Policy
We accept all returns in original condition, including tags and receipt, within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days you have 30 days, from date of purchase, to return your items for store credit.
